Employment Practices Helpline
Call the Employment Practices Helpline to talk to an experienced employment law attorney from Littler about employee discipline and terminations,
sick leave, attendance, harassment claims, conducting investigations, or other workplace or employment law issues. Attorneys from Littler are available to:
- Guide you through the proper steps with respect to personnel actions;
- Answer employment-related legal questions; and
- identify the best approach to investigate, document and resolve workplace issues/disputes.

Available as part of our Internet Banking Liability coverage.
Progressive has contracted with Net Diligence, a cybersecurity and e-risk assessment company, to assist customers with cyber-risk issues.

eRisk Helpline
The eRisk Helpline provides immediate triage assistance in case of a security breach. Initial calls are free of charge and include up to one hour of telephone support. Any additional assistance will be billed directly to the bank.
